This moving mandala is part of a new series of meditation tools, using positive affirmations, relaxing music and beautiful animations based on the principles of sacred geometry.

The music featured here is from the Sleep Suite CD

This "sunflower" image uses 44 spirals constructed by the "Golden Mean", the division of an area to the ratio 1:1.6180339. A version of this image appeared in a crop circle in England in 2000.
